Plans change. We get that. If you have a repair appointment scheduled, and you can no longer make it home to meet us, rescheduling or canceling is now easier than ever.

With our XFINITY My Account app, you can reschedule or cancel your repair appointment right through the app. Just open up the app, find another day and time that works for you, and you’re done.

Because we should fit into your schedule...not the other way around.
