Get Help and Get Smart at Our New XFINITY Stores

Our new XFINITY Stores are lovely enough to linger in, but you won’t have to.

You told us that visiting our service centers was a bad experience. So we’re fixing them.

We have about 500 stores across the country. We’ve now completely transformed 184 of them into brand new XFINITY Stores.

It’s a totally different experience. You’ll be greeted at the door by one of our store reps and be digitally checked in so that you can explore instead of waiting in a line.

These new stores are lovely enough to linger in for hours, but you won’t have to. Our goal is to get to you in less than 10 minutes so you can get help and get on with your day.

If you’re there to pay a bill, there’s no more waiting at all. We’ve set up kiosks so that you can do it all yourself, and walk out with a receipt.

For those who want to learn more about what we have to offer, we have TVs and iPads set up around the store so you can play around with our new apps and platforms.

You can also sign up for service, return or replace equipment on the spot, and more. It’s a one stop (pretty) shop.
