Stay connected: Did you know that as an XFINITY Internet customer you have access to over 15 million free Wi-Fi hotspots throughout the US? We have hotspots in holiday locations like shopping malls, train stations and airports. So next time go out shopping or wait for your flight download the XFINITY Wi-Fi app for iOS or Android and login with your XFINITY username and password.

Never miss a TV show: Spending time at grandma’s house doesn’t have to mean missing out on your favorite shows. The XFINITY TV website and mobile app give you access to hundreds of hours of television anywhere, anytime and on any device. You can also download your DVR recordings and watch them on the go. Download the mobile app for iOS or Android here. And if you’re staying home and run into trouble with your equipment, perform a system refresh using My Account – here’s a step by step guide.

Help visitors stay connected too: Share your Wi-Fi network name and password with visitors using My Account. If you have the X1 voice remote, simply speak “what’s my Wi-Fi password?” or access this information on My Account. Here’s another helpful hint - put your router where your guests will spend their most time to ensure optimum signal strength.
