Fort Collins is the fifth center we’ve opened since 2015 as part of our work to improve your experience, joining other new facilities in Spokane, WA, Albuquerque, NM, Tucson, AZ, and Charleston, SC. We’re investing in cutting edge technologies to bring our representatives new systems, and are focused on processes and trainings so you get even better support. We’re using these technologies to make sure our representatives have the right information at the right time to best serve you. And, we’re adding even more functionality into our self-service tools so you can check out your account when it’s most convenient for you.
Miramar is home to our Spanish-language customer care team, with more than 300 agents dedicated to serving Spanish-speaking customers. The expansion of our Miramar team and opening of our Fort Collins center is one of the many ways we’re growing to be there for you.
And, we're bringing more than 550 jobs to Charleston, SC with the opening of our new facility that will support customers who have X1, high speed internet and phones. The facility will feature six training rooms that are wired for virtual classroom education and an advanced product demo lab, helping employees become fully prepared to support an excellent customer experience.
