Giving back to the communities we serve is a part of who we are. On Saturday, April 22nd, we celebrated our 16th annual Comcast Cares Day by helping clean up neglected neighborhood parks, beautify schools, stock local food banks, plant trees, build playgrounds, and install computer labs at community centers across the country.
More than 100,000 of us, our families and friends, volunteered with our local partners to help improve nearly 1,000 project sites in communities where our employees and customers live and work. Making the world a better place starts in our neighborhoods. From our technicians and call center representatives, to our theme park operators and engineers, we want to make a positive difference by making change happen. Comcast Cares Day is one of the many ways we give back and show our appreciation throughout the year for our neighbors and our customers.
