Great news.  We’ve teamed up with Amazon to make buying our products and services easier and faster.  Starting this month, new customers can shop for and purchase XFINITY TV, Internet and Voice services on

What’s great about this is that it combines the easy ordering you’ve come to expect from Amazon with clear pricing that helps you make informed decisions and find the service plans that best fit your needs and budget.

And it’s not just the buying process that’s getting better. If you buy through Amazon you can expect support from a dedicated team of our own highly trained customer service agents who are based in our new, state-of-the-art call centers in Spokane, Washington, and Tucson, Arizona. These agents will handle all your needs from sales and billing to installation and follow-up and you can reach them by phone, email, chat, and social media.

We’re excited to be working with Amazon, a company that’s unrivaled when it comes to customer service, as we continue to improve customer service. Like our partnership with The UPS Store, this effort with Amazon is yet another way we’re working to respect your time and simplify your experience.

For now, we’re making this process available to new customers but we’re working to bring it to our current customers who are looking to upgrade or add services. Look for that to happen by the end of the year.
